Jennifer joined us around the incept and has over 20 years account handling experience. She oversees all aspects of office management including marketing, accounts, sales and administration as well as managing all client projects and enquiries.
Jennifer has managed some very large portfolios over the last 13 years, successfully and enjoys building long term client relationships offering a seamless service. She welcomes new enquiries and has a wealth of experience and knowledge under her belt, enabling us to offer the best advice and service to all new and existing clients.
Rob is our senior consultant, offering a wealth of knowledge and experience across many industries, he has developed his skills within the energy sector and is now accredited for domestic, commercial EPCs, Legionella Risk Assessments, PAT Testing, and also oversees floor plan and Lease Plan projects.
Rob is a CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant, Level 5 Commercial Assessor and SAP Assessor. Paul, has been with us for over 6 years now, originally coming from a customer service background. In this time he has trained and become qualified as a DEA, NDEA, OCDEA and DECs, as well as being able to undertake Water Calculations, Legionella Testing, Lease Plans and Floor Plans.
He continues to be an added value member of the team, also assisting with 3D modelling and simulation of commercial buildings using IES/Apache and the SBEM interface for the provision of Commercial EPCs and to aid in the assessment process of overheating (TM52, TM59), aswell as BRUKLS for new build commercial projects.
